Manufacturing high production rate metal stampings is Master Manufacturing's core business. Helping our clients select the correct designed stamping for their application, whether it is a new design or a standard configuration, is part of our full service approach to customer support. We have an extensive inventory of existing die and tool which can say you time and money if they fit your application. If our tool and die library does not have what you need, we will create the custom metal stamping required for your application. We can produce your stamping exactly per your print or we can assist you in creating a design that is highly suited for the stamping process thereby resulting in high production speeds and consistent quality. Although custom designs are unique by their nature, many of them do share many of the same attributes. We have found that when customers come to us knowing the basic building blocks of high speed stampings, we are able to deliver the products they require in the shortest lead time.
